Immersive Suppers
Not another dinner with speeches and small talk. Our immersive suppers turn a welcome dinner, a closing night or a team offsite into a shared story your leaders step into. By dessert, they have argued, laughed, changed their minds and seen how each other thinks under pressure.
The story is playful. The judgment, trust and courage are real. Every supper is designed by our learning engineer, so it connects to your program instead of standing apart from it. Sessions for women leaders only are available.

An offsite supper for a security leadership team
The client
A security leadership team of 30 people gathering for its annual offsite, with new members who had never worked through a crisis together.
The challenge
Leaders wanted their team to practise judgment and communication under pressure, without another slide deck or technical drill.
What we designed
A private supper in five tables. Each guest received a role with the invitation, and a story unfolded between courses, with sealed envelopes forcing decisions before dessert.
The outcome
The facilitated debrief turned the evening into a shared reference point. The team left with a common language for escalation and trust they still use.
